Refund Policy – Iqra Institute

At Iqra Institute, we strive to deliver the highest quality education and support to our students. We understand that situations may arise where a student or guardian may request a refund. This Refund Policy outlines the terms, conditions, and procedures for requesting a refund for our courses and services.

1. General Policy

All course fees, registration charges, and other payments made to Iqra Institute are generally non-refundable once the course has commenced, except in cases explicitly stated in this policy. We encourage students and guardians to review all course details, schedules, and terms before enrolling.

2. Eligibility for Refund

A refund may be considered under the following conditions:

  • If the course is cancelled by Iqra Institute before commencement, the full fee will be refunded.
  • If a student withdraws before the course start date, a partial refund (excluding registration fees) may be processed.
  • If there is a major change in course schedule or faculty that significantly impacts the student’s ability to attend.

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • One-time registration/admission fees.
  • Charges for study materials (digital or printed) once handed over or accessed.
  • Installment amounts already paid before cancellation request.
  • Special discounts, scholarships, or promotional offers that reduce the course fee.

4. Refund Amount & Deductions

If a refund is approved, deductions may apply based on:

  • The duration of the course already attended.
  • Costs incurred for study materials, administrative work, and taxes.
  • Any agreed-upon cancellation fee.

Refunds will not exceed the amount actually paid by the student.

5. Refund Process

  1. Submit a written refund request to our administration via email (info@iqrainstituteslg.in) or at the institute office.
  2. Include student name, course details, enrollment receipt, and reason for refund.
  3. The request will be reviewed by our management within 7 working days.
  4. If approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment methoud ( sach as phonepay/upi, bank account or card) within 7-15 working days

6. No Refund Situations

Refunds will not be granted if:

  • The student has attended more than 25% of the course duration.
  • The withdrawal is due to personal scheduling conflicts or change of mind.
  • The student is removed from the course due to misconduct or violation of our Code of Conduct.

7. Online Course & Digital Product Refunds

For online classes and digital products (study material, recorded lectures, etc.):

  • Refunds are not applicable once the digital content has been accessed/downloaded.
  • In case of technical issues preventing access to our content, we will attempt to resolve the issue or provide alternative access before considering a refund.

8. Course Postponement or Changes

  • If a course is postponed, students may choose to continue with the revised schedule or request a refund before the new start date.
  • If a course format changes (e.g., offline to online) due to unforeseen events, refunds will be considered only if the change significantly impacts learning quality for the student.

9. Special Cases

In exceptional circumstances such as serious illness, relocation, or emergencies, we may provide a partial refund or credit for future courses, subject to supporting documentation and management approval.
